Is this a high-quality product? I already have a videographer for my event.

We specialize in providing a high-quality livestream for your friends and family to view in realtime. While a videographer may be able to capture the cinematic moments of the day and tell your story in an artistic way, it will be months before you see the product. Have us as a compliment to them and get the best of both worlds. We love working with other professionals!

What platforms can you stream to?

Morgan Media can stream to most major platforms including Zoom, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter. Each event is unique and we can help recommend the right service for the occasion.

My nephew has a 12k camera. How come your big flypack is only HD?

The majority of broadcasts for web, video and IMAG are surprisingly still in HD 1080i or 720p. A live production requires many pieces of professional equipment and cabling, much more than a single camera’s worth. Function over form allows us to provide a capable rig to budget-minded clients.

Our Quick and Small setup can record up to 4k60.

Will I get a shareable link?

Yes, it’s really that easy. We send you a link ahead of time for you to send out to your friends and family. Share away and let us handle the rest.

I don’t think they have internet where we want to stream. Is that a problem?

Cellular bonding is a new technology that allows us to combine cell signals from multiple carriers to allow for streaming. We will always work with you and your location to find an on-site solution that will work before exploring cellular bonding. If cellular bonding is right for you we will visit the sight ahead of time to confirm signal strength and connection prior to the event.

There is an additional $1000/day fee for this service. Weekly pricing available.

Will your crew be observing Covid-19 safety guidelines? What does that entail?

All Morgan Media crew members will wear masks and practice social distancing for the duration of your event. We’re happy to participate in temperature checks, fill out questioners and provide recent travel history where required.

I want to edit the wedding myself or share the footage with another videographer. Can I do that?

Yes, absolutely. We can record all of the individual camera feeds as their own files so they can be viewed and edited down the road as if the event was live again. Alternatively we can record the program feed only. Either way, the footage is yours to keep.

Can I rent individual pieces of gear?

Typically we rent systems as turnkey solutions with operators. However, we can take a look at your needs and see if we can accommodate.
